Direct Sales Rep in Miele Experience Center

Headquarters Mesogeion Ave. Psychico Athens

Your duties: 

  • Performing sales by delivering excellent Miele experiences and always keeping the consumers and customer’s satisfaction in mind and representing the Miele Brand values
  • Manage complaints according to Miele policies and guidelines
  • Follow daily, weekly, monthly and annually sales targets
  • Know, identify, and act according to consumer experience high standards  
  • Ensure high quality presentation / display standards within Miele Experience Center
  • Trouble shooting in any case of order placing
  • Ensure and follow logistics processes of the entire Miele chain of goods (Domestic Appliances – Spare Parts – Professional – Consumables)
  • Actively participating in Event / regulative & supporting role in planning & organization
  • Follow and successfully take part to corporate and product trainings

Your profile:

  • Qualified experience in Direct Sales or equivalent job role ideally for 3 years
  • Quality orientation according to products, services, company & behavior
  • Proven record of success in performing Direct Sales
  • Business education or equivalent education
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, communication skills in German are preferable
  • Excellent communication & cooperation skills, good manners, positive attitude
