Aegean Airlines is currently seeking:

Call Center Agents

This position brings along some of the following responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Book seats
  • Issue e-tickets
  • Provide information on flights, fares, as well as new services
  • Perform tickets/bookings changes or cancellations

Candidates should have the following personal requirements:

  • Team oriented
  • Sales skills
  • Committed
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on rotation shifts
  • Decisive, organized, proactive approach

Candidates should have the following educational requirements and work experience:

  • Bachelor degree will be an asset
  • Greek and English fluent written and spoken are mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge of at least one of the following languages : German, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Catalonian
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Military obligation must be completed

The Call center department operates at Head Quarter in Kifissia, daily, 24 hours a day.

REPORTING AND REVENUE INTEGRITY DEVELOPER

Περιγραφή

In the Revenue Management Department there is currently the vacancy of

Reporting and Revenue Integrity Developer

This position brings along the following responsibilities:

Reporting

  • Shape and analyse business intelligence data
  • Provide business intelligence reports to internal interfaces
  • Analyse and document user requirements

Data Management

  • Design and automate data interconnection with internal and external systems
  • Document data flows and processes

Revenue Integrity Processes

  • Develop and maintain revenue integrity processes and rules according to business requirements
  • Review and respond to all revenue integrity related issues raised by internal interfaces
  • Monitor and analyse impact of revenue integrity actions

Revenue Management Systems Support

  • Communicate with external providers and internal interfaces concerning all systems related issues
  • Monitor performance of systems and initiate tuning of applications whenever needed
  • Maintain internal applications and systems
  • Review and evaluate business requirements for the systems towards external and based on internal business needs

Candidates should have the following personal requirements:

  • High level of ownership and ability to work independent
  • High level of accuracy and detail
  • Good business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Data and system modelling skills
  • Technical writing skills
  • A flair for figures and complex systems
  • Flexibility to work in an increasingly fast-paced environment

And the following educational requirements and work experience:

  • Masters or Bachelor degree in Informatics (or relevant degree)
  • Excellent knowledge of T-SQL and/or PL-SQL programming
  • 2 years of working experience in an analytical position as Software developer or Systems Analyst
  • Good familiarization with object oriented concepts (any 4th gen. language)
  • Advanced MS Excel analysis skills
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Experience with reporting and analysis tools like SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, SAP Business Objects will be considered an asset
  • Experience in the Airline Industry and/or Revenue Management will be considered an asset
