An immediate hire opportunity is available for a full-time Administrative Assistant at The Hotelier. As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of the company, helping ensure smooth and efficient procedures. You will assist with financial record-keeping, scheduling and organizing meetings, managing general paperwork, data entry, and distributing information among co-workers. Additionally, you will create or update presentations for internal and external client meetings, ensuring they are professional and aligned with company standards, handle and screen phone calls, support the guest liaison department in providing luxury hospitality services, and monitor and reconcile booking schedules to ensure all reservations are up-to-date.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in office administration and support
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is an asset
- Eye for detail, punctuality
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in hospitality is a plus
