Requirements
- BSc in Chemistry, Cosmetology, Pharmacy or related field

Job Purpose: He/ She is responsible of all the marketing activities on the product categories of his/her territory. The position refers directly to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities/Results
The job holder:
- Designs the annual sales budget on the product categories of his/her territory
- Ensures the implementation of the Media Plan on the product categories of his/her territory
- Manages A&P budget on the product categories of his/her territory
- Analyzes sales, market and consumer data and makes recommendations to management
- Interacts effectively with other departments (sales, logistics, training department, etc) to support marketing objectives
- Monitors sell in actions on the product categories of his/her territory
- Ensures Sales Forecast accuracy
- Proposes and implements promotional and trade marketing plan on the product categories of his/her territory
- Provides support to the sales department in the customer strategic alignment process
Requirements
- BSc in Marketing or Business Administration
- MSc in Marketing or MBA will be an asset
- Proven related working experience of at least 3 years, ideally in a FMCG within the cosmetics industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus (i.e. French or Spanish)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (exceptional capability to edit and analyze data on Excel)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities/Results
The job holder:
- Develops and overviews order & invoicing process for our Global customers through the orders portal
- Creates and maintains Master Data, such as Product catalogue, prices per customer/country and per product
- Monitors the stock controlling through ERP (Navision)
- Monitors the order preparation and ensures fast and smooth execution for each market
- Dispatches the finalized order for invoice
- Develops and submits various compliance reports to satisfy contract requirements
- Communicates and interacts with cross functional teams (planning, marketing, regulation, 3PL, sales area managers, transport companies, customs)
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics or related field
- Proven related working experience of at least 3 years, ideally in a FMCG within the cosmetics industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus (i.e. French or Spanish)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (exceptional capability to edit and analyze data on Excel)
