This position reports to a Senior Executive
Position Requirements:
- Performs full range of secretarial duties office support and handles mail correspondence
- Performs diversified administrative duties, such as reports and presentations preparation, calendar management, internal communications of meeting agendas and minutes, and provides assistance with functional operations as required
- Processes all incoming and outgoing information and follow up when appropriate – Manages email communication and compose correspondence
- Provides comprehensive and integrated support to the Senior Executive
- Undertakes a variety of special projects involving internal/external research, on behalf of and within guidelines provided by the Executive
Candidate Profile:

- College degree (Bachelor) – University degree will be considered an extra asset
- Excellent command of the English language; strong written and verbal skills
- Minimum five (5) years related experience ΒΡΕΣ ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑ ΕΔΩ
- Project management and data analysis experience. Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, judgment/decision-making, verbal and written communication skills – Must possess high-level of professionalism and great organizational skills and close attention to detail
