Lavipharm, an integrated group engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, marketing and sales, wholesaling and distribution of pharmaceutical, dermocosmetic and healthcare products, with a strong international activity, is seeking for an:
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support, undertake special projects, ensure teamwork cross-functionally with other Departments.

requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent required.
- MA degree will be considered an asset
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in providing managerial support to senior management executives.
- Greek and English fluency, both spoken and written, is essential. French language aptitude will be considered a plus
- Proficient computer skills and proven experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and office equipment – Digital savvy expertise
- Excellent interpersonal communication and strong organisational skills, high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail and accuracy, efficient and organized approach to multitasking and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and strict timelines.
