Data Scientist ΒΡΕΣ ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑ ΕΔΩ

We are looking for passionate individuals who for an expert in data analytics to analyze large amounts of raw information, find patterns & improve the IQOS Customer Journey, identify predictive actions and drive impactful decision making!
You should hold a University Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, Operational Research and master’s degree will be considered as an asset. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in data science or applied statistics for problem solving (Descriptive, Exploratory, Predictive).
Expertise in data mining tools like R, Python or SAS and in relational databases and SQL is mandatory. Familiarization with BI programs will be considered as an asset.
Fluency in English and Greek as well as strong analytical, problem-solving skills and business acumen.

In the context of your responsibilities, you will need to:
* Use statistical methods in large databases and unstructured datasets to identify different milestones of IQOS consumer journey
* Build multiple customer segmentation for acquisition and retention strategies. Specific techniques may include probability models, machine learning, data mining, pattern recognition, data visualization, predictive analytics, and / or other complex methods.
* Model and predict future behavior of IQOS customers, develop and analyze relevant experiments
* Distil real-time 360 consumer data and turn them into insights that will foster fast business action
* Leverage on a broad set of different metrics, synthesize and extract meaningful outcomes
* Visualize dissimilar data and communicate them in a sharp and vivid manner across different stakeholders
* Cooperate with third party vendors and work with partners on strategic KPIs development
