Your responsibilities
 You plan, carry out and follow up on fashion PR activities based on the Global and Local Communications Plan to effectively spread H&M’s fashion and trend messages to local media, bloggers, influencers . You support high priority PR campaigns, and take charge of medium priority PR campaigns. You contribute to build and maintain relationships with media, celebrities, celebrity agents and opinion leaders in order to maintain local media and social media list.
Your core responsibilities include:
  •  Conduct regular media analysis (along with the Media Monitoring Company) for H&M and main competitors, print and online media
  • Manage local press activities including media selections, pitching, follow up, order and approve press material, proof-read press releases, FMU and other press material
  •  Analyze and track selected campaigns according to HO’s guidelines
  •  Plan, execute and report on projects and activities to increase email database
  • Manage possible PR agency relations (purchase/contract, manage and evaluate)
  • React short -term on local selling &traffic situations
  • Implement the annual tendering supporting the PR Manager
  • Support the effective management of the local showroom
  • Follow up the Communications & Press department budget, the local Communication and Social Media Plan, corporate events, the annual goals and KPIs (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Member of the company’s local crisis team, as a backup, when is required support
  • Liaise with other function heads, local management and HO in local communications matters
  • Work together with the Sales Team and Marketing dpt to ensure a clear and aligned collaboration for ad hoc events or activities that may require additional
  •  Support the implementation of H&M Backstage
 Your skills
We are looking for a professional with a passion for fashion and having the ambition to develop H&M’s local media picture as a fashion brand.
 Your professional qualifications include:
  • Minimum of 3 years working across fashion / beauty / PR /Marketing agencies and you are up-to-date on the media landscape (digital channels, influencers, print and social media)
  • Well established network
  • Excellent social and communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Strong time management, administrative and organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, monitor, & respond to changes – quickly and effectively
  • Strong analytical and budgeting skills
  • Bachelor Degree in PR/Marketing or other relevant Business field
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
