Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced professional to process efficiently the orders of our global customers.
Responsibilities/Results
The job holder:
- Develops and overviews order & invoicing process for our Global customers through the orders portal
- Creates and maintains Master Data, such as Product catalogue, prices per customer/country and per product
- Monitors the stock controlling through ERP (Navision)
- Monitors the order preparation and ensures fast and smooth execution for each market
- Dispatches the finalized order for invoice
- Develops and submits various compliance reports to satisfy contract requirements
- Communicates and interacts with cross functional teams (planning, marketing, regulation, 3PL, sales area managers, transport companies, customs)
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics or related field
- Proven related working experience of at least 3 years, ideally in a FMCG within the cosmetics industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus (i.e. French or Spanish)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (exceptional capability to edit and analyze data on Excel)
- Familiar with ERP (Navision, SAP etc)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
