We are seeking for a SAP FICO (Analyst and Technical) Consultant to join our Centralized Services Applications in Group ΙΤ Applications Management family. The Division Centralized Services Applications is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of various packaged applications including the evolution and support of ERP applications.
As our new SAP FICO consultant, you will be part of the Eurobank SAP Centre of Expertise (CoE).
We deliver support and SAP services (changes requests, new projects implementation, etc) for our business units and subsidiaries in Greece (two ERP installations), Cyprus and soon Luxemburg.
As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will collaborate with business, development, other analyst teams, IT operations and SAP Vendors teams to maximize the value of SAP ERPs investment. You will be mainly responsible for designing, building and deploying SAP-based ERP solutions; leading analysis and design in the SAP FI/CO area, often in close cooperation with finance team.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Implementing new business projects in the financial services’ area
- Handling change requests and projects for existing business areas. The work area covers all stages of a SAP life-cycle including requirements engineering, IT blueprinting, implementing end-to-end solutions, deployment, documentation, training and daily user support
- Providing SAP solution-specific support for end-users
- Responsible for resolving production issues and the help desk requests
- Working with vendors to deliver solutions
- Working closely with business teams to identify needs and translate them into technical requirements
You will be a great candidate for us if you:
- Own a bachelor degree in IT or Economics
- Hold any of SAP certifications and having experience in the Financial Sector preferably in Banking will be considered an asset
- Have minimum 2 years SAP FICO Implementation experience with involvement in full life-cycle implementations
- Have Technical/Functional Skills in SAP FICO
- Have knowledge of S4 HANA Finance will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of MM or BPC integration will be considered a plus
- Have the ability to conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Also to solve performance problems, data consistency issues and availability analysis of complex SAP solutions at our premium customer base
- Are fluent in both English & Greek languages (written & spoken form)
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability in working in actual or virtual teams, agility and can-do attitude
