Your Qualification and Skills:
BA Degree in Computer Engineering, IT Computer Science or any related field is a plus.
Empathetic, creative, enjoy approaching people and able to deal with pressure
Passionate, comfortable and amiable when approaching others
Dynamic, far-sighted, but also solid worker
Enjoy solving meaningful tasks
Result-oriented
Respectful and appreciative in communication
Ability to think logicaly
Excellent written and spoken German is a must (B2)
Excellent written and spoken English is a plus (C2)
Experience with Microsoft Office and PC
Your Responsibilities:
After 1-2 months´ training you will be part of the Servicedesk Team for our customer, helping to solve incidents in a friendly and user-oriented way
Solving incidents and issues based on existing knowledge-base and standards
Implementing and processing customer changes
