YOU ARE BETWEEN 22-28 years old!
You have no family to worry about.
When we employ it is minimum 2-3 year contract.
You must speak some English.
You need to have some experience working the grill in a busy environment.
You should have experience with preparations such as Mousaka, Xtipit, Melizanosalata, crocketes, tzatziki…
You shold also have experience of working with starters… Pasta, and frying pans…
It is a big plus if you have been working with Italian pizza too, so that you know how to open a pizza by hand and work a pizza oven.
Starting date is soon. Before someone starts they will have to come up to Gothenburg Sweden for a test that will last 2-3 days.
In our tavern it is important that you are humble, calm, never shout angrily, always speak with respect and treat you fellow staff the way you want to be treated yourself. During working hours there is no hierarchy and everyone works just as hard and do everything that need doing! You take pride in your work.
Your job would be all in all areas of the kitchen of a tavern: grill, pasta, starters, main course, preparations of food, cleaning, dishes, teaching new staff, controlling quality, controlling logistics and so on…
In our restaurant you will be working evenings and the work is 6 days a week. You work about 200 hours per month.
The salary is monthly and is explained over the phone.
