What you will need to do:
Act as the first point of contact for all the German-speaking customers
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Processing orders, forms, applications & requests
Communicating & coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Requirements
The must have, in order to be our Italian speaker technical expert are:
Native or near native in Italian language, along with good English skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
