Job Overview : The job holder will be responsible for the financial controlling of the corporation.
Education : Possess an MSc degree in the field of Economics/Finance
Background : Accounting and/or financial
Main Responsibilities :
• Monitor the economy and the industry
• Credit control
• Cashflow management
• Reporting, including year end reports, P&L, balance sheets and loans
• Banking relationships
• Dealing with internal and external auditors
Required Skills :
• Proven track record 5 to 7 years in finance, accounting and administrative environment preferably in real estate or banking industry
• Excellent spoken, written & presentation skills both in Greek & English
• Excellent analytical and synthetic skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong Numerical and Analytical skills
Desired Skills :
• Good knowledge of IFRS will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of Singular’s software (Compakwin ERP)
• Understanding of asset management and company law and regulation
