On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join the dynamic and diverse team of one of the biggest multinational companies in the world!
You will be acting as a liaison between customers and the company. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, while offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will need to:
Deliver high quality support in Polish: provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Requirements
Native / near-native level of Polish
B2 level of English
Tech savvy, curious about new technologies
Flexibility to work night shifts/ weekend shifts (if applicable)
Bachelor’s degree
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
