Based on Naxos Island, our hotel management company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Naxos or remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability for multiple hotel properties through effective revenue management strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue for each hotel property

Analyze market trends, competitor data, and hotel performance to make data-driven sales management decisions

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue and improve guest satisfaction

Monitor and analyze booking patterns to identify opportunities for rate optimization

Manage and analyze pricing strategies, including dynamic pricing and demand-based pricing

Keep up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in sales management

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales management within the hotel industry

Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices

Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as Excel, Office 365, PMS, and revenue management systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
