Charter Broker

Due to our company’s continued growth, we are currently seeking two (2) Charter Brokers to join our team in Mykonos, Greece.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have extensive international experience, a proven track record of effective customer relationship management. He/She will conduct all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable the achievement of the company’s objectives.

Prerequisites
Commercial acumen and an analytical skill set
Strong business development and negotiation skills
The ability to work in a team environment
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders
Punctuality
A positive, mature attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Education, Experience & Skills
Age 28 to 35
1-3 years charter experience, preferably in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector.
Basic Accounting & Finance knowledge (Accounts Receivable, Expense processing and management, Client Invoicing)
Master Degree is a plus
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office products) & IT knowledge
Ability to manage clients in line with company guidelines
Follow company operating procedures
Fluent in English & Greek (written/spoken), other languages will be an asset
The successful candidate should also be flexible to travel on certain occasions.
