Description
Nespresso is the worldwide pioneer and reference for highest quality portioned coffee and is the fastest-growing business in the Nestlé Group. We are currently seeking for a Coffee Specialist in order to act as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand in our Club Relationship Center.
CRC Coffee Specialist – 12 month-contract
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Registration of new customers
- Taking orders
- Answering information requests or complaints
- Ensure database integrity
- Outbound call campaigns and activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in a business-related field
- 1-2 years of experience in telephone sales and with up market customers
- Knowledge in social media and written communication with customers tone of voice
- Knowledge of coffee (products, accessories, machines etc) would be an advantage
- Languages: fluency in Greek & English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
SKILLS
- Excellent Communication & Service orientation
- Proactive and responsive to anticipate and fulfill customer needs
Full-time position based on retail working time schedule (Saturdays, evening shifts)
