Job Description:
Report to Associate General Manager;
Support all-round admin duties including procurement of office supplies and stationery, arrange maintenance work of office equipment and facilities, handle company mailings etc.;
Back up receptionist duties when necessary;
Handling incoming calls and emails, arrange courier
Assist in prepare internal correspondences, filings and other clerical support;
Assist in company functions and events;
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Job Requirement:
Graduate in University Degree;
1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience is preferred;
Good command in both written and spoken English and Greek, Good command of Chiese Mandarin will be an advantage;
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power point;
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, positive thinking, well-organized and be a good team player;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Good time-management, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
Immediate available is highly preferred;
