A manager position is now available which will be based in Athens during the core summer months, with the opportunity to work in the UK or Croatia during the off season. You will be responsible for the customer care of our Med Experience Greek Island tours and coordination of connecting tours in Athens.
Core duties will include:
Employment, contracting, training and managment of any new Greek Island Tour Representatives.
Contracting suppliers and partner negotiations including transport and accommodation providers.
Managing supplier and partner relationships throughout the season.
Managing departures and returns for tours in and out of Athens.
Overseeing and providing assistance to Representatives to ensure a high level of customer care for all guests.
Administration duties including managing expenses for team members, reporting and general office duties to ensure the smooth running of the tours.
Coordination and communication with suppliers such as ferry tickets, accommodation suppliers, excursion providers.
Skills Required:
Tour Operations experience
Greek Language (written and oral)
English Language (written and oral)
Google Docs (Excel and Word accepted)
High level of management experience and proven communication experience in a management position
High level of organisation and administration experience
Proven supplier or relationship management experience
Health and safety training
Med Experience Greek Islands tours run from June to September with customer departures every 2 days through this period. You will be responsible for managing a team of 8-12 Reps and ensuring the successful running of the product and maintaining excellent customer feedback.

The successful applicant will show a high level of organisation and team leadership ability. Communication and the ability to resolve problems and lead independently will be required as many problems encountered will be time critical as they are likely to impact on customer experience and customer satisfaction results.
This is a full time role which during the off season will be filled with planning, staff recruitment, training, contracting and preparation for the upcoming season. Renumeration for this role is TBC.
