MS Dynamics CRM Developer

for multinational client in Stockholm/Sweden

We are looking for a MS Dynamics CRM Developer for multinational client in Stockholm/Sweden

Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultant

  • Migrate an existing Dynamics CRM solution from Dynamics CRM 2011 to Dynamics CRM 2015 (or 2016), including custom code solutions running on SharePoint 2010;
  • Address defects reported before or after said migration;
  • Extend the solution with further development as needed;
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of test activities to ensure an acceptable quality;
  • Report to the assigned Group Leader in the Development section.
  • In addition the consultant may be requested to perform various tasks related to other projects, products, applications and services developed in the ICT Development section.

Educational and experience

  • University Degree and minimum 3 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM and .Net technologies
    or Non-University Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in MS Dynamics CRM and .Net technologies
  • Knowledge and experience with development and customisation of MS Dynamics CRM 2011 or later
  • Experience with migration of MS Dynamics CRM solutions to MS Dynamics CRM 2013, and / or 2015, and / or 2016
  • Experience with development using C# .NET (3.5 or later)
  • Experience with development of web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and / or with the previous ASMX technology
  • Motivation and communication
  • Capability of integration in an international/multicultural team and good communication skills in English

Experience with the following would be an advantage:

  • Experience with using PowerShell for CRM deployment
  • Experience with SharePoint 2010 (or later) development

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Developing, establishing, monitor and controlling the company’s financial issues, overlook the administrative and operational aspects and the global procedures of the country entity. Promoting the company as an entity and to profitable increasing the sales turnover of it. Evaluating direct and developing the human capital of the company.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizing of works
  • Project management from start to finish
  • Targeting new projects
  • Site inspection (programmed and ad hoc)

  • Evaluation of Globe Williams personnel
  • Assessments of ongoing works
  • Sourcing or resources / equipment
  • Negotiations with clients and subcontractors

  • Business development including targeting of real estate agents, international / multinational clients all industries and sectors etc.
  • Full audit to the company’s records along with accounts
  • Full evaluation of suppliers together with the Country Manager
  • Visits together with the team to all current and potential clients.
  • Participation in meetings held in the company with all departments
  • Participation in meetings with potential clients in order to obtain the deal
  • Participation in the preparation of budgets and revisions by guiding the teams according to company’s policy
  • Participation in the training of the employees in each field as instructed
  • Participation in projects that are considered essential by the company
  • Responsible for communication regional interests of clients to the relevant countries and EMEA GW HQ
  • Bring new clients into company, actively sell and market company’s services and products to achieve agreed-upon revenue goals.
  • Insure project progress according to plan by monitoring and tracking procurement.

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

  • Ability to plan and prioritise own work and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong administrative skills are required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required
  • Excellent computer skills – Email (Outlook), Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of  Facility Management  will be an advantage
  • Fluent Skills of English language  (written and verbal)
  • Speaking Romanian will be an advantage

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Tertiary/T.A.F.E. Bachelor of Business Administrations or any relevant Degree
Professional: 5 years experience in Leading Positions
Licences: Vehicle License Required

Applies Cloud subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.     • Integrate with the ES standard management tools
  • Overview the other teams to ensure proper testing and validation of the solution before it moves to production

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or electrical engineering or equivalent

CIC’s mission is to invent, evaluate and theorise the design of human-centered data science and learning analytics to advance the UTS Teaching & Learning program. As you will see from our Research Themes and the three PhD topics advertised, a core theme is analytics techniques to nurture in learners the creative, critical, sensemaking qualities needed for lifelong learning, employment and citizenship in a complex, data-saturated society.

We are currently advertising three PhD scholarships in learning analytics, falling under the themes of:

– Learning analytics for writing practices and products
