Job Title: Accountant ΒΡΕΣ ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑ ΕΔΩ
Job Purpose:
Supports the role of Accounting Manager in the day-to-day and monthly accounting and tax activities of the legal entities in charge. Actively involved in the year end closing, financial statements preparation and consolidation processes.
Participates in the activities of monthly closing for the purpose of monthly management reporting.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Make all the necessary journal entries in the context of the monthly book-keeping process.
-Compile and analyze financial information in order to prepare entries to GL accounts
-Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
-Participate in the preparation of the financial statements.
-Monthly reconciliation of general ledger with bank statements.
-Upload the monthly payroll files and follow up the employee advances.
-Assist with the requirements and information needed for audit purposes
-Preparation of the payment orders for taxes and social insurance contributions.
-Compile excel Consolidation files used in Consolidation process.
-Ad hoc requirements.
Requirements:
-Working experience > 3 years
-IFRS
-Experience in accounting / tax processes
-Experience in preparing financial statements
-Prior knowledge of consolidation procedures is desirable
-Fluent in English
-Experience in Excel / SAP
