On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative for a growing athletic footwear and apparel company.
Part of your goal is to help us become the best sports retailer in the industry. You will be the first point of contact for direct web shop customers and responsible for inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat. Empathy, patience and great communication, with a problem-solving attitude, are the assets that will drive you to success!

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will need to:
Deliver high quality support: provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails
Guide customers to the best products that meet their needs and encourage them to make the purchase, over the phone.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators
Requirements
In order to become our Customer Experience Agent, you should have:
Native / near-native level of German
B2-C1 level in English
Tech-savvy and curious about new technologies mentality
Excellent Verbal & written communication skills
Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Keen eye for details, always keeping the customer needs front of mind, a passion for creative solutions
Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
Flexibility to work night shifts/ weekend shifts
Previous Customer Service experience is an advantage
