Lumos is right now scaling up, trying to become the worldwide leading recruitment agency for the media, digital and tech industries.
As a matter of fact we are looking for account managers/business developers in various countries. We are offering a great opportunity for you to work fully remotely.
You would be first offered a one month freelance contract that could turn into a permanent position if you like what you do and bring value to the company-
What would you do:
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
What we require:
To be a fluent greek speaker
To have a decent level in English
Self discipline and independence
Knowledge of business development
Great communication skills (Email, LinkedIn, Phone)
