Business Analyst, for ANTENNA Group, based in Athens
Reporting to: IT Director
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand the user needs and connect the business requirements with the IT systems.
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
- Help to design, to document and to maintain system processes.
- Perform all the appropriate tests for the quality assurance.
- Define reporting and alerting requirements.
- Provide training to the end-users.
- Support the users in case of problems.
- Monitor the data transfer towards the data warehouse systems.
KNOWLEDGE/ CAPABILITIES – SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
- Solid academic background, Bachelor or TEI in Computer Science or other relevant field
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in IT sector in relevant position
- Experience in SQL databases
- Knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP BW will be considered as an asset.
- Good command of written English and a sharp eye for detail
- Be highly organized, positive attitude and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated & methodicalAnalytical & problem solving skills
- Excellent team spirit and cooperation
