Cash Program Officer at Oxfam (Ioannina)
Oxfam seeksa for:
– Cash Program Officer
SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:
– Graduate from a recognised university;
– Minimum of 2 years experience on cash program implementation,
– Experience of monitoring & evaluation aspects, including data collection and analysis;
– Strong knowledge of IT applications and development – especially spreadsheets, database, familiarity with project cycle management, monitoring and evaluation.
– Good coordination skills; and strong commitment to gender equality and social justice;
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
– Proven knowledge of computerised systems;
– The ability to present concise reports, sometimes at short notice, reflecting the problems and possible solutions for particular situations.
– The post holder should be at ease in working with refugee and local communities.
– Well developed interpersonal and team skills and proven ability to be flexible in demanding situations.
– A working knowledge of spoken and written English
– Knowledge of written / spoken Arabic or Farsi or Kurmanji is strongly preferred
– Commitment to humanitarian principles and to Oxfam’s equal opportunity and gender policies.
– Ability and willingness to undertake travel in country.
– Ability to work effectively with others, adaptable and flexible
– Eligible to work in the EU.
