Store IT Support Specialist

(ref: ITSpec_1016)

                                                                                                                                                                       

Reporting to the IT Manager Bulgaria, you will be responsible and accountable for:

  • Supporting the maintenance of all IT & Telecommunication systems in the areas of responsibility (Stores (IKEA & Intersport) , E-commerce)
  • Implementing all necessary IT routines and procedures
  • Providing 1st level support on all IT issues
  • Participating in IT related projects and new stores establishments 

Απαιτήσεις

You have:

  • Three years of working experience in an organized IT department, preferably in the retail sector
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Degree in Information Technology or related field will be considered as an asset)
  • Experience in ERP applications (preferably Navision)
  • Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Good planning, organizational and follow up skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Good command of the English language
  • Good knowledge of Ms Office

Skills considered as an asset:

  • Good command of the Bulgarian language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL RDBMS
  • Experience in Retail Business Processes and Systems

Warehouse Team Leader

Reporting to the Store Logistics Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:
The following areas: Goods Receiving, Warehouse, Refilling and all tasks associated with all movement of goods inside the store

Securing that the IKEA store has the highest possible service level to customers and optimising the stock levels at lowest possible cost

Planning, organising and monitoring the store goods flow process from goods receiving to sales locations replenishment

Ensuring that the inventory levels of all warehouse areas are accurate and all stock movements are done according to the company procedures

Ensuring that all actions in your areas of responsibility are based on IKEA manuals, House Market procedures and legal / safety guidelines

Controlling and managing all operating costs related to your department

Through close cooperation with the Sales Team Leaders, plan all changes in the commercial areas so that goods movement and replenishment can be optimized

Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives


You have:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Warehouse Management managerial position, ideally in the high volume retail sector

Commercial Thinking and Customer Focus

University or College Degree

Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills

Good People management skills

Very good communication skills and team oriented personality

Good planning and organizing skills

Analytical and numerical abilities

Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines

Good command of the Greek & English language

Good knowledge of Ms Office

Store Finance Controller/Business Navigator

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:

  • Identifying and evaluating business opportunities to enable the IKEA store to make optimum decisions
  • Securing the legal and fiscal compliance of the store operations concerning bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Supporting all store functions to improve their performance
  • Monitoring & following up all operating costs & P&L elements of the store
  • Securing that the store follows the financial routines so that the management, business steering and follow up processes of all departments in the store work
  • Ensuring that all managers with budget responsibility are trained in reading and understanding financial reports in order to be able to carry their responsibilities
  • Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives

 

 

You have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar managerial position, ideally in the high volume retail sector
  • Analytical and numerical abilities
  • Very good planning, organizational and follow up skills and team oriented personality
  • Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
  • Good People management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
  • University Degree (a Post Graduate degree will be considered as an asset)
  • Very Good command of the English language
  • Very good use of MS Office, Hyperion & Sap
  • Able to relocate, if needed, for work reasons
