C&B/ HR Analytics Manager &HRBP – (Reference Code: 182839)

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

As C&B & HR Analytics Manager (60%):

  • Ensure external competitiveness and internal fairness for Bayer Hellas through the development and implementation of effective compensation and benefits strategy and policy designed to attract, retain and reward high performing employees.
  • Design solutions to address ad hoc needs in support of business strategy. Ensure alignment with global C&B philosophy; Diagnose and determine course of action to resolve problems.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and incentives’ policies; develop, review, recommend and administer policies and procedures which are consistent with compensation trends and institutional objectives. Propose benefit programs in line with local market requirements with best in class delivery; responsible for cross divisional coordination of benefits and selected remuneration programs at country level.
  • Collaborate and provide internal consulting resources to senior management in support of staff compensation & benefits strategies; develop and deliver training and consulting to the organization on any C&B related programs and processes.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops to ensure accuracy and completeness of SAP HR core data, timely and consistent maintenance to include all changes related to employee lifecycle, data quality preparation and analysis.
  • Compile specified HR Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data, direct and manage the analysis of HR data and metrics on a quarterly and annual basis, including comparisons to benchmarks, to provide relevant information to HR and senior leaders in support of business objectives.

 

As HRBP (40%):

  • Drive, advise, facilitate and coordinate all HR tasks in the given divisional area of responsibility; to, co-ordinate projects, diagnose issues, lead change, and coach managers around people, engagement and performance.

Who You Are

  • BA/BS in HR, Business, Finance or other business related discipline. Master’s degree highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Greek and English language (oral and written skills).
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills: ability to present complex concepts to non-experts in both written and verbal manner.
  • Project management experience is desirable.
  • Good business acumen and understanding of financial impacts derived from HR decisions and policies.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and the initiative to pursue solutions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Six (6) to ten (10) years of related experience required; experience may be coming from HR generalist roles, rewards management, HR analytics/BI, or business consulting.
  • Capability to work in a multicultural environment and willingness to travel on business.
