Seeking to employee Technical Manager, Athens

Main Responsibilities

  • Make sure all KPI’s are met in day-to-day business, competitive analysis in Service & Technical aspects (Benchmarking)
  • Plan and meet budget targets
  • Define 3rd party strategy based on Miele Service business models
  • Manage business objectives, quality & performance of external Service Partners
  • Accountable for all training related tasks/ questions for Field Service and Technical Management in the subsidiary and for managing the training center.
  • Responsible for implementation of sales process within the field service (eg. accessories, consumables, contracts, appliances)
  • Take responsibility for qualification, training and people development
  • Ensure that the Miele Service understands and follows the Consumer Experience  approach

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified experience of Management in Technical Area or in engineering Field with demonstrated project and process management skills with at least 3 years supervisory experience
  • Academic degree preferred in Engineering / Technical or Polytechnic orientation. MS strongly desirable
  • Quality orientation according to products, services, company & behavior
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve various technical related issues
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, communication skills in German are preferable
  • High willingness & ability to travel
  • Excellent communication & cooperation skills, good manners, positive attitude, project management & negotiation skills
