TruckTrack http://www.trucktrack.de Is seeking an enthusiastic , organized and global minded candidate to join the team. The member’s role is to promote our online Fleet Tracking & Documentation platform through the web and be responsible for our customer management and support.
Responsibilities include.
Reach potential customers through the web or phone to establish partnerships. Market research and customer need analysis. Customer support and training through Skype or EU trips . Implement and operate marketing strategies. Existing customer management and usage analysis.
Requirements
• Written and Verbal native-like fluency in English
• Power User level Computer , Internet and Social Media skills.
• Excellent Communication skills and amiable presence .
• Proven Marketing Fundamentals knowledge.
• Experience in using CRM software
• Great capability of Isolating external factors from working environment, ability to work unsupervised as an individual , initiative personal task management skills.
Considered a Plus
• Previous experience in similar position and especially dealing with Global market.
• Previous experience or knowledge in the Logistics business model.
• Previous work or education in Germany.
Full time 40 Hr/Week work from home position. Health insurance coverage and monthly Salary.
