International Medical Corps seeks for:
– Wash Programme Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Master’s degree in Political or Social Science, International Relations, Humanitarian Assistance, Migration Studies, Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience;
– Work experience in the NGO sector in a project management support capacity;
– Familiarity with international humanitarian operations, coordination structures, and the mandates of donors, UN agencies, and other NGOs;
– Ability to effectively present information and respond appropriately to questions from senior managers in the field and HQ, counterparts, senior government and other related regional players
– Experience in project development and management;
– Experience in drafting and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks;
– Experience liaising with specialized international agencies (UN agencies, international organizations and international specialized NGOs);
– Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English with superior English language drafting skills;
– Ability to speak read and write in Greek, other languages a plus;
– Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions with limited supervision;
– Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations;
– Creative and able to work with limited resources;
– Team player and strong communication skills, both oral and written;
– IT proficient with standard MS Office package; MS PowerPoint, Photoshop/InDesign a plus.
